La Germania products carry an extended full 3 year warranty service, supported by a qualified and committed network of service partners nationwide.
Our cookers are designed, manufactured and certified according to stringent European and South African standards.
Although unlikely, it may occur that your cooker requires the attention of a qualified technician at some time.

You can log your service request in one of the following ways:
– By calling 0860 CHEFS (24337)
– By email to service@bertazzoni.com
– By completing the online Service Request Form

When submitting a service request, please furnish us with the following information:

– Model number
– Serial Number
– Date of purchase

We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to schedule an appointment with a technician.
